What happens at your viewing appointment?...
After your session we spend some time editing your images and creating your show. We never remove anything we think you would like but use our well trained eye to select the images we think you will want to see!
You can simply sit back, with a cuppy, go through your images and select your favourites. We have lots of products to suit most budgets and are happy to find the best product for you.
Your ordered images then go through our final edit process....removing any small blemishes....or more, if agreed at time of order!
We endeavour to have your order ready as soon as possible however, orders can take up to 6 weeks depending on the product you select.
As your photographs are unique to you and cannot be resold a 50% deposit is required at time of ordering. For this reason we cannot offer refunds on any products ordered.

                                       Family studio session

What to expect?....
Our family sessions usually last for 1 hour in the studio but we can arrange a longer time slot for larger family groups and generations.
During each session we try to take a large variety of poses and different groupings giving you plenty of images to choose from.
Before your shoot we will have a little chat and discuss ideas......we try to show your personality through our images and will tailor your shoot accordingly.
We do not limit the number of people who take part in a family session but as we don't have a huge studio we need to know numbers prior to the shoot.
Family pets are very welcome at Ivy Road Photography however, we need to know prior to your shoot so we can animal proof the studio! We usually keep session with pets to the end of the day,  incase we need to do a clean up job!!
Please remember to bring your diary with you as we book your veiwing appointment after your shoot.
What to wear?....
We recommend that you wear whatever you feel comfortable in.....within reason!! Try to co-ordinate outfits and make everyone tonal ..ie, Denim's with bare feet or dresses & shirts with heels & smart shoes.
Put some thought into how you want your finished image to look as this will help you decide what to wear.
Try to avoid wearing big motifs and logos which can date your images quickly. This also applies to 'cartoon character' clothing unless this is a specific theme you are intending to go with.
Cool hoodies and funky trainers are great for teenagers but would suggest bringing a change of clothes for your family shots.
You can bring a change of clothes for the little ones, football/ rugby strips, ballet oufits or dress up clothes work really well in our fun storyboards.
How and when to pay for your shoot?....
We take payment at the time of booking and accept card and cash payments. A £5 charge is payable on all credit cards.
All payments are non refundable but session dates can be rescheduled due to illness. One movable date is permitted per booking.
